Welcome

The name of the login user.

Dept.

The department to which the login user belongs.

Day/Month/Date/Year

The current day, month, date and year of the system.

Hours/Minutes/Seconds

The current time of the system.

Rep. Work Station

The station in which the employee actually reports time and attendance.

The system defaults the primary workstation of the login user.

The system displays the following in the “Today’s Booking.” group box:

The sum total of all the direct booking hours booked by the employee for the day.

The sum total of al the indirect booking hours booked by the employee for the day.

Indicates the time-off requests for the day.

Indicates the standard working hours for the day as per the company policy.
