Under a given post training evaluation component, you, as supervisor or training administrator can update the qualification and competency of the employees who have attended the training in their personal information. Competency and the qualification acquired by undergoing training get upgraded in employees personal information. Depending upon the performance of the trainees who have attended the training their competency level/ qualification is upgraded.
In this page you will be able to view the details of the competency/qualification that was possessed by the employee before he underwent the training program. The training administrator or the superior can also reject the updating of competency/qualification, if the performance of the employee is found to be unsatisfactory.
