The system displays the

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Program |
The code and description of the program. |
Module |
The code and description of the module. |
Course |
The code and description of the course. |
Training No. |
The training number of the course. |
Start Date |
The start date of the course. |
End Date |
The end date of the course. |
Employee |
The name and the code of the employee. |
Assignment No |
The assignment number of the employee. |
Position Title |
The title of the position held by the employee. |
Department |
The name of the department to which the employee belongs. |
Job Title |
The title of the job held by the employee. |
Overall Evaluation Rating |
The overall evaluation rating of the employee after undergoing the training. |
Overall Post Training Evaluation Rating (%) |
The overall post training evaluation rating, in percentage. |
The following will be displayed in the “Competencies
possessed” multiline.
Note: This multiline displays all the competencies that are possessed by the employee before the training period. .
Competency Code |
The unique code of the competency that is mapped for the course. |
Competency Description |
The description of the competency . |
Minimum Desired Level |
The minimum desired level of the competency that the employee must possess. |
Level Possessed |
The competency level that is actually possessed by the employee. |
The following details are displayed in the “Competencies
Acquired” multiline.
Note: This multiline displays the competencies acquired by the employee through the training..
Competency Code |
The unique code that defines the competency. |
Competency Description |
The description of the competency. |
Impact Level |
The impact level of the training on the competency of the employee. |
Specify the following
details in the “Competencies Acquired” multiline to update the competency
details of the employee after the training.
Level Acquired |
The level of the competency that is acquired by the employee after the training. |
Note: If a particular competency level does not exist then the training administrator can amend it to the existing list of competencies.
Valid From |
The starting date from which the updated competency level will be valid. For example, a valid start date can be 15th February 2002 |
Valid Till |
Tthe ending date till which the updated competency level will be valid. For example, a valid end date can be 15th July 2002. |
Update |
Specify ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to update the competency level. Since there are two values, by default, the system displays a blank value in the drop-down list box. Select “yes” to update the competency and select “no”, otherwise. |
Specify the following
details below the multiline.
Effective From |
The date from which the updated competency level will be effective. This field is mandatory only when you select “Yes” in the update field of the multiline. |
Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the updation of competency details |
Select the book icon beside
the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the
comments that were entered previously, if any.
You can view, modify or
delete the content.
Select the “OK” pushbutton
to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton
to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
The following details are displayed below the multiline.
Authorization Status |
The status of authorization of the competency. It can display one of the following values: “Authorized”, “Pending for authorization” and “Rejected”. |
Rejection Reason |
The reason for rejecting the updation of competency, if the updating of competency is rejected. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton
to save details.
