What you can do in this activity

Through this activity, training administrators can register employees who have been sponsored for training courses. They can also reject the sponsorship of employees for valid reasons.

Registration refers to the authorization of sponsorship of employees. This is the penultimate stage in the training process. After the registration for a training course is approved, employees await enrollment, which is the last stage in the training process.

Bond Details: Some of the training courses may require participants to sign bonds.  It is mandatory to record bond details for employees registered for such courses.  The training department maintains bonds. Bond details including the effective period, value and recovery date are recorded.  If an employee, who has completed training, quits the organization on or before the recovery date, he/she becomes liable to pay the bond amount to the organization.
