Define Staff Suggestions Coordinators - A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you, as an administrator or HR user can define staff suggestion coordinators and map them to different suggestion areas. These coordinators will be responsible for the administration and implementation of suggestions submitted by the staffs/employees. You will also have the responsibility as a Central Coordinator.
Defining staff suggestion coordinators: You can define coordinators for a department for each of the suggestion areas and with effective dates to allow them to do administration of suggestions for a specific period. To define a coordinator, you are to specify the following and then save the details:
The staff suggestion scheme administration unit
The suggestion area
The details of the coordinator, such as the employment unit, department code, and employee code.
In addition, you can edit, delete, and view the existing details of coordinators.
Mapping more than one coordinator to a suggestion area: You can map more than one coordinator to the same combination of suggestion area, employment unit, department and effective dates. In this instance, all these coordinators
Must receive the suggestion, which the staff from the specific employment unit, suggestion area, and department submits, for evaluation at least once
When one coordinator from the group updates the suggestion for any action, the same must be automatically reflected to the other coordinators of the group.
Note: The system will throw an error if there is any duplication or overlapping of coordinator mapping for the same suggestion area, employment unit, department and effective dates combination.
