Defining staff suggestion coordinators
Select the “Define Staff Suggestions Coordinators” link from left pane.
The “Define Staff Suggestions Coordinators” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date format |
The date format as applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Specify the following.
SSS Administration Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the organization unit in which you want to define the staff suggestions coordinators. Tell me more |
Suggestion Area |
From the drop-down list box, select the suggestion area for which you want to define coordinators. |
Specify the following in the “Coordinators” multiline.
Employment Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the unit in which the employment details of the staff suggestions coordinators you want to define exist. You also have the option to choose “ALL”. |
Department Code |
The code of the department to which the coordinator belongs. Help Available |
Coordinator Emp Code |
The unique employee code of the coordinator. Help Available |
Effective From |
The date from which the employee you specify will be a staff suggestion coordinator. |
Effective To |
The date till which the employee you specify will be a staff suggestion coordinator. |
Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to the coordinators. |
The system displays the following based on the entries in the “Coordinators” multiline.
Department Description |
The description of the department corresponding to the code that you specified. |
Coordinator Name |
The name of the coordinator corresponding to the code that you specified. |
Coordinator Employment Unit |
The employment unit of the coordinator corresponding to the code that you specified. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
The system saves the details that you entered.
