Staff Suggestion Scheme-Admin - An Overview

Getting familiar with the activities inside

The work areas in an organization can be constantly improvised for its own and the employees’ benefit based on the suggestions made by the employees in the organization.  This component allows the staff of the organization to submit suggestions that will help to improve the existing situation.  The coordinators evaluate the submitted suggestions for the feasibility and benefits, before approving for implementation. If the suggestion is exceptional, it is awarded for special payment/cash award.
