Edit Compensation Frequency – A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can modify all the details of the conversion table created through the “Create Compensation Frequency” activity, except for the Compensation Frequency code. The details you can modify are as follows:
The description of the compensation frequency
All conversion factors that you had specified in the conversion matrix. In other words, you can modify the existing conversion factor that converts a time unit under the “Rated Frequency” column to a time unit in the multiline row
Whether each conversion in the matrix must be activated. If you specify “Yes”, the system will process the mapped organizational unit’s payrolls according to this activated conversion
Whether the
compensation frequency details are applicable to all the organizational
units within the group or only to those to which the login user is attached
or to selective Organizational Units.
If you want to make the details of the entire compensation frequency
code applicable to selective organizational units, use the next page to
search and map to the required organization units.

What you can do in this activity
You can select the compensation frequency and edit its details.
Use the “Select Compensation Frequency to Edit” page to select a compensation frequency.
Use the “Edit Compensation Frequency” page to edit the details of the record.
Delete a compensation frequency
You can select the compensation frequency and delete it from the database.
Use the “Select Compensation Frequency to Edit” page to select a compensation frequency.
Use the “Edit Compensation Frequency” page to delete the details of the record
