View Appraiser Mapping - A summary of the activity

Through this activity, you can select a subordinate employee and view the appraisers who have been mapped to this employee. Multiple appraisers can be mapped to a single employee. For each appraiser, you can view

•  The details of the appraiser such as employee code, position title and job title

•  The period for which the appraiser is mapped to the employee.

• The weightage assigned to the appraiser

If there is a change of appraiser, the changed appraiser’s details are displayed, as well as the previous appraiser’s employee code and employment unit.

If the employee is eligible for self-appraisal, his or her name will be automatically displayed as one of the appraisers. You can view the same information for the employee as for other appraisers.
