View Appraiser - A summary of the activity

Through this activity, an employee can view the appraisers who have been mapped to him. Multiple appraisers can be mapped to an employee. For each appraiser, you can view

•  The details of the appraiser such as employee code, position title and job title

•  The period for which the appraiser is mapped to the employee.

•  The weightage assigned to the appraiser

• The status of the employee’s mapping to the appraiser, whether defined or not defined

If there is a change of appraiser, the changed appraiser’s details are displayed, as well as the previous appraiser’s employee code and employment unit.

If the employee is eligible for self-appraisal, his or her name will be automatically displayed as one of the appraisers. You can view the same information for the employee as for other appraisers.
