The “View Appraiser” page appears
The system displays the following fields
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit of the login employee. |
Employee |
The employee code of the login employee. |
Assignment No. |
The number of the assignment for which the employee is being appraised by the appraiser. |
Joining Date |
The date on which the employee joined the organization |
Confirmation Date |
The date on which the employee was confirmed in the organization. |
Enter the following
Appraisal Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the type of appraisal for which you require to view the mapping of appraisers to the employee. It can be one of the following:

Appraisal Calendar Code |
Enter the code of the appraisal calendar in which the mapping of appraisers will be applicable. An appraisal calendar is a specific period of appraisal. For example, the appraisal calendar C1 is for the period 1 January 2003 to 31 December 2003. |
Calendar Short Description |
A short description of the calendar. |
Select the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The “Appraiser Mapping” multiline displays the following
Appraiser Code |
The employee code of each appraiser who is mapped to the employee. |
Appraiser’s Employment Unit |
The employment unit of the appraiser. |
Change Appraiser Code |
The employee code of the appraiser who has replaced the appraiser in the “Appraiser Code” field, if there has been a change of appraiser. |
Changed Appraiser’s Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the changed appraiser belongs |
Name |
The name of the appraiser. |
Department |
The name of appraiser’s department. |
Job Title |
The title of the job held by the appraiser |
Position Title |
The title of the position held by the appraiser |
Period From |
The date from which the appraiser is mapped to the employee. |
Period To |
The date until which the appraiser is mapped to the employee. |
Weightage |
A number to indicate the weightage assigned to the appraiser, with respect to the other appraisers listed in the multiline. |
Weightage in % |
A percentage, to indicate the weightage of the appraiser’s evaluation with respect to the other appraisers in the multiline. |
Employee Appraisal Status |
The status of the employee’s appraisal. It can be one of the following:

To view objectives for an appraiser
In the multiline, check the “Select” box containing the appraiser for whom objectives are to be viewed.
Select the “View Objectives” link.
