Define Appraiser - A summary of the activity
Through this activity, an employee can define the appraisers who will appraise him. For each appraiser, you can specify
The employee code of the appraiser
The period for which the appraiser will be mapped to the employee.
Any remark specific to the appraiser
If appraisers have been mapped to the employee already, these appraiser details are displayed; you can edit all the details including the employee code of the appraiser.
After saving this information, you can select an individual appraiser and enter the “Set Appraisal Objectives” page. Through this page, you can define the objectives for the appraiser, and the weightage for each objective. Refer to Set Appraisal Objectives – A summary of the activity.
Whenever a change in an existing appraiser has been recorded in the “Record Appraiser Mapping” activity, it will be reflected in this activity. Note that the changed appraiser cannot be modified in this activity, although you can edit the period for which the changed appraiser will be mapped to you.
