Date format |

Specify the following details.

Employee Tax Data Unit |
Select the employee tax data unit from the “Employee Tax Data Unit” drop-down list box, to record the perquisite details of the employees. By default, the system displays with “Select” Value. |

Tax Year |
By default, the system displays the current tax year. The drop-down list box lists all the tax years defined in the “Create Tax Year” activity. |

Current tax year indicates the year in which the system date falls within the start and end date of the tax year. If such tax year is not defined, the system will default “Select” value. |
Select the “Rent Free Accommodation” hyperlink to record the details of the accommodation provided to the employees.
Select the “Motor Car” hyperlink to record the details of the motorcar provided to the employees.
Select the “Other Perquisites” hyperlink to record the details of the perquisites other than a house and car given to the employees by the company.
