View Grievance Summary- A summary of the activity
Through this activity the grievance administrator can view the summary of the grievances. The grievances can be filtered and selected based on the search criteria entered. For example, if you prefer to view the grievances, which are in the “Open” status, select the Grievance Status as “Open” from the drop-down list and select the search button. All the grievances with “Open” status will be displayed in the multiline. Further, you can select a particular hyperlinked grievance number. You will be able to view the grievance summary.
The summary displays exhaustive details about the grievance, such as follows:
The employee code and assignment details of the employee who recorded the grievance
The response, Response date, of each employee to whom the grievance was forwarded
The details of the legal suit, if a suit was filed
The details of the resolution
The current status of the grievance
The grievance details; additional details may be available for the grievance.
