Select the hyperlinked grievance number in the multiline if you have chosen “Search criteria” mode of entry.
The “View Grievance Summary” page appears.

The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the employee belongs |
Employee |
The name and code of the employee on whose behalf the administrator recorded the grievance, in the “Record Grievance” activity. |

The assignment number of the employee. |
Grievance No. |
The unique number of the grievance. |
Grievance Type |
The type of the grievance selected in the previous page For example the type of Grievance could be Union/Employee. |
Submission Date |
The date of submission of the grievance |
Grievance Status |
The status of the grievance could be any one of the following:

The main details of the grievance of the employee. |

Response details
The system displays the following details of the responses to the grievance
Employee Code |
The code of each employee who responded to the grievance |
Employee Name |
The name of this employee. |
Response |
The response to the grievance, as free text |
Responded On |
The date on which the response was recorded by this employee. |
Document |
The document attached while recording the Response can be viewed. |
