Record Disciplinary Action Cost Details - A summary of the activity

Through this activity, the administrator can record expected cost or the cost incurred for carrying out the disciplinary action.

Selecting the disciplinary action: You can select the disciplinary action number based on search criteria. Alternatively, you can enter the disciplinary action number directly. 

Recording disciplinary action cost details: You are to enter the expected cost/cost incurred for each cost type, and the currency details. The system displays the total expected cost / cost incurred in carrying out the disciplinary action. 

Additionally, you can enter any remarks pertaining to the cost.
