Recording disciplinary action cost details
Select the “Record Cost Details” hyperlink in the “Select Disciplinary Action to Record Activity Details” page, if direct entry option is chosen, or
Select the hyperlinked “Disciplinary Action No.“ field in the multiline.
The “Record Activity Details “ page appears.
The system displays the following from the previous page
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Disciplinary Action Unit |
The organization unit for which the disciplinary action is applicable. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the employee belongs. The employee refers to the person against whom the disciplinary action was initiated |
Employee |
The name of the employee against whom the disciplinary action was initiated. |
Assignment No. |
The number of the employee’s assignment. |
Disciplinary Action No. |
The unique disciplinary action number generated by the system when the disciplinary action record was submitted. |
Disciplinary Action Type |
The type of disciplinary action type can be one of the user-defined disciplinary action type. |
Disciplinary Action Status |
The status of the disciplinary action can be one of the user-defined status. |
Submission Date |
The date on which the disciplinary action was submitted |
Disciplinary Action Initiated by |
The name of the employee who initiated the disciplinary action |
Reason |
The reason for taking disciplinary action. For example, theft/absenteeism etc. |
Action Details |
The details of the disciplinary action taken. For example, the action taken can be suspension of the employee for a period of 1 month. |
Select the cost type as defined in the quick codes, from the drop-down list in the multiline.
Select the unit as “Singapore dollars” from the drop-down list.
After you enter the costs, the system displays the total cost, below the multiline
Enter the remarks if any, for each cost entered in the multiline.
Select the “Save” pushbutton, to save the cost details.
After you submit the information, the system will send an e-mail to the employees who are responsible for the disciplinary action, and to the administrator.
Select “Delete” pushbutton to delete the cost details for the selected disciplinary action
