The details consist of self-ratings for the same objectives and assignments against which the employee will be appraised in the “Perform Employee Appraisal” activity. The self ratings for each objective and each assignment are in the form of
Weightage: this is a number to indicate the weightage assigned to objective and each assignment, with respect to the other objectives/assignments listed.
