To compute the weightages for objectives and projects

Both multilines display the following, for each objective and for each assignment

Weightage (in %)

The weightage assigned to the objective or assignment, in percentage.

Example: There are three objective codes in the first multiline: A1, A2 and A3. There are two assignments in the second multiline: X1 and X2. You had entered the following weightages for each objective, in the “ Weightage” field in the multiline: 45 for A1, 27 for A2 and 14 for A3, 2 for X1 and 2 for X2.

The system therefore takes the total as 90, and computes each objective’s weightage in percentage as follows:

A1 = 50%, A2 = 30%, A3 =15.5%, X1 = 2.2% and X2 = 2.2%

To compute the overall appraisal rating
