 The " Maintain Quality Audit Schedule" page appears.

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date & time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Audit Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of audit for the audit schedule. The system lists the following options:

  • Supplier – Indicates that the audit is conducted on the supplier.

  • Employee – Indicates that the audit is conducted on the employee.

  • Station – Indicates that the audit is conducted on the station.

  • Work Center – Indicates that the audit is conducted on the work center.

  • Others. – Indicates that the audit is conducted on other than those mentioned above.

Audit Entity

The object of audit, such as Customer #, Supplier # and Employee #. You can enter the entity in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the reports for the entities with the characters entered here.

Entity Name

The name / description of the entity.

Audit Agency

Use the drop-down list box to indicate by whom the audit is conducted.  The system lists the following options:

  • Internal – Indicates that the audit is conducted interally, within the company.

  • External – Indicates that the audit is conducted externally by an agent outside the company.

  • Audit Department – Indicates that the audit is conducted by the audit department within the company.

  • Regulatory Authority – Indicates that the audit is conducted by any regulatory authority like for e.g. DGCA, EASA.

Schedule Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the audit schedule. The system lists the following: options:

  •  Active – Indicates that the schedule status is active for the audit.

  •  Inactive – Indicates that the schedule status is inactive for the audit.

  •  Terminated – Indicates that the schedule status is terminated for the audit.

Next Due Date <=

The next due date of the Audit.

Checklist Based?

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the audit schedule is based on a checklist. You can select from the options “Yes” or “No”.

A unique code identifying the checklist used for auditing

Audit Class

Use the drop-down list box to select the class to which the audit belongs. The system lists all the quick codes as defined for the Quick Code Type “Audit Class” in the “Maintain Quick Code” activity of the current business component.

Note that the system retrieves all the active as well as the inactive codes in this field.

Audit Schedule #

The identification number of the audit schedule. You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the reports with the audit schedule number specified here, in the multiline

Audit Description

The name / description of the audit schedule.

Lead Auditor # / Name

The employee number of the auditor who leads the audit team / The name of the auditor who leads the audit team for the particular audit.

Operator Code

  Use the drop-down list box specifying the operator code. The system lists all the codes as defined for the Airline Operator in the “Common Masters” business component.

Execution Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the execution status of the audit schedule. The system lists the following options:

  • Pending – Indicates that the audit schedule is pending.

  • Initiated – Indicates that the audit schedule has been initiated.

  • Not Applicable -  Indicates that the execution status is not applicable for the audit schedule

Schedule Date

The due date of the next audit schedule.

The system displays information on the audit schedules that match the search criteria in the “Audit Schedule” multiline.

Note: Do not specify any value in the Search Filters if you wish to retrieve details of all the existing Audit Schedule # records.

Page Overview

The “Maintain Quality Audit Schedules” page enables a QA manager to prepare audit calendar for a specified period.  The process / departments that require audit are identified in addition to the number of audits to be carried out in the schedule and the time interval between two audits.

The details of the audit schedule can be also be modified, if required before any scheduled audit is initiated.
