To modify audit schedule

Audit Schedule #

The identification number of the audit schedule. Mandatory.

Ensure the following:

  • The code specified in this field is an existing checklist-based audit schedule number.

  • The number entered in this field is not modified for the existing rows.

  • The Execution Status of the Audit Schedule # entered in this field is other than “Not Applicable”.

  • The Schedule status of the Audit Schedule # entered in this field is other than “Not Terminated”.

The system displays the following field in the multiline:

Audit Description

The name / description of the audit schedule

Checklist Seq. #

The sequence in which the checklist must appear in the audit schedule. Mandatory.

Ensure the following:

  • The number entered in this field is a positive integer.

  • The number entered in this field is a unique checklist sequence number.

Checklist #

A unique code identifying the checklist used for auditing.  Mandatory.

Ensure that the number entered in this field is a valid checklist number in “Active” status.

Note: The Audit Report # must not have already been associated with another  Checklist #.

The system displays the following field in the multiline:

Checklist Description

A textual description of the checklist.

Audit Scope

The activities covered by the audit.

Audit Entity

The Entity on which Audit will be carried out, such as Supplier #, Employee #, Work Center #, etc.,

Entity Name

The name / description of the entity.

Auditing Agency

The agency which conducts the audit, this could be Internal, External, Audit Department or Regulatory Authority.

Created By

The  login User name who created the audit schedule.

Created Date

The date on which the audit schedule was created.

Last Modified by

The Login User name who modified the quality audit schedule.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the audit schedule was modified.

Note: Ensure the following:

1.     At at least one record is specified in the multiline.

2.     Audit Schedule # is not already associated to checklist #.

The system displays information about the audit schedules that match the search criteria in the “Audit Schedule” multiline: The system generates the following record information.
