The “Associate Auditors” tab page appears:

Audit Schedule #

The identification number of the audit schedule.  Mandatory.

Ensure the following:

The Audit Schedule # entered here is not already associated with the given Auditor #.

  • The Execution Status of the Audit Schedule # entered in this field is other than “Not Applicable”.

  •  The Schedule status of the Audit Schedule # entered in this field is other than “Not Terminated”.

Ensure that the code entered in this field is not modified for the existing row.

The system displays the following field in the multiline:

Audit Description

The name / description of the audit schedule

Auditor #

The employee code of the auditor.  Mandatory.

Ensure that the number entered in this field is a valid employee number as defined in the “Employee Personal Information” business component.

Help facility available

The system displays the following field in the multiline:

Auditor Name

The name of the auditor who conducts the audit.

Lead Auditor?

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the mentioned name belongs to the auditor who leads the audit team for the particular audit. The system lists the options: “Yes” and “No”.

Ensure the following:

  • The code entered in this field is a valid employee number as defined in the “Employee Personal Information” business component.

  • That for the given Audit Schedule #, the entity Lead Auditor is specified as “Yes” for one auditor.

By default the system displays the value “No” in this field,

The system generates the following record information.

Created By

The  login User name who created the audit schedule.

Created Date

The date on which the audit schedule was created.

Last Modified by

The Login User name who modified the quality audit schedule.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the audit schedule was modified.

Note: Ensure that atleast one record is entered in the multiline.

Note:  The system displays an error message, if any concurrent user tries to modify the details of Audit Report to Checklist mapping or Audit Report to Auditor mapping in the multiline.
