Record Non-Conformities (Direct) – A summary of the activity

Through this activity, employees can record their observations / recommendations and non-conformities with regard to an entity / process.

Recommendations / observations may be alternative procedures to improvise a process or the management of an entity, such as work center or a supplier. Non-conformities refer to deviations from the set norms for a process / entity.

The system automatically generates an audit report number for reference to the audit report. The type of such audits is set to “Direct”.

The status of the recommendation / NC is set to “Pending” by the system. Subsequently, the recommendation / NC is dealt with in the Record Corrective and Preventive Action” activity.
