Edit Repair Receipt – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to modify or cancel a selected repair receipt note. You can modify or cancel the details of a repair receipt in the “Received” status. You can also freeze the receipts.

This activity also allows you to modify the inspection details at part level as well as the document level. You can also modify the inspection details for the received parts. In this activity, you can also modify the parameter values for the components and modify the user-defined details pertaining to the repair receipt.

Cancel the repair receipt

You can cancel the repair receipt that is already created. You can search and select the repair receipt from the multiline and cancel it.

• Use the “Select Goods Receipt Note” page to select and cancel good receipts.

Modify the lot and serial numbers of the part

You can modify the lot and serial numbers of the received part. Lot and serial numbers are specified only for those parts, which are lot and serial number-controlled.

• Use the “Edit Lot/Serial Information“ page, to modify the lot and serial numbers of the part.

Modify the inspection details of the received part

The goods received can be inspected by the user or by an external agency. After the inspection process, the quantities, which have been accepted, rejected or quarantined, can be updated.

You can update the tax, charge or discount details of the selected repair receipt.
