Recording Warehouse Mapping Details

This tab enables the user to map the warehouse details to the Pool ID.
The system displays the following field in the multiline:
Error |
The icon identifying the status of the particular row. |
Enter the following fields in the multiline:
Warehouse # |
The number identifying the warehouse that is mapped to the Pool ID. Mandatory. Help facility available. |
Zone # |
The number identifying the zone of the warehouse #. Help facility available. |
The system displays the following field:
Restricted Customers? |
Indicates whether the customer is excluded from the Pool ID which could be ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. |

Any description pertaining to the Warehouse mapping. |
User Defined Warehouse Mapping Details – 1 |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the user defined warehouse mapping details for the Pool ID. The system lists all ‘active’ quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type ‘User Defined Warehouse Mapping Details – 1’ in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Storage Administration” business component. |

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user defined warehouse mapping details for the Pool ID. The system lists all ‘active’ quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type ‘User Defined Warehouse Mapping Details – 2’ in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Storage Administration” business component. |

The system displays the following field:

The error message of the particular row. |
Click the “Save Warehouse Mapping” pushbutton to create/modify the warehouse mapping details of the Pool ID.
The system updates the status of the Pool ID to ‘Fresh’ if Beneficiaries, Part Details and Station Coverage tabs are saved successfully.
To Proceed
Select the '

to launch the Beneficiaries
tab to record the details of the customer who benefit from the Pool.
Select the

to launch the Part Details
tab to record the details of the Parts supported from the Pool.
Select the

to launch the Exclusion
details tab to record the exclusion details, if specific parts
are with few customers.
Select the

to launch the Station
Coverage tab to record the station details that are supported
from the pool.
