Recording Station Coverage Details

This tab enables the user to define the stations that are supported from the Pool ID.

The system displays the following field in the multiline:

Error

The icon identifying the status of the particular row.

Station	The station that is supported from the Pool ID. Mandatory. Help facility available.
Remarks	Any description pertaining to the Station coverage.
User Defined Station Details – 1	Use the drop-down list box to specify the user defined station details for the Pool ID. The system lists all ‘active’ quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type ‘User Defined Station Details – 1’ in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Storage Administration” business component.
User Defined Station Details – 2	Use the drop-down list box to specify the user defined station details for the Pool ID. The system lists all ‘active’ quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type ‘User Defined Station Details – 2’ in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Storage Administration” business component.
User Defined Station Details – 3	Any additional information pertaining to the Station coverage.
User Defined Station Details – 4	Any additional information pertaining to the Station coverage.

The system displays the following field:

Error Message

The error message of the particular row.

Click the “Save Station Coverage” pushbutton to create/modify the stations that are supported from the Pool ID.

The system updates the status of the Pool ID to ‘Fresh’ if Beneficiaries, Part Details and Warehouse Mapping tabs are saved successfully.

To proceed

Select the '' image to launch the Beneficiaries tab to record the details of the customer who benefit from the Pool.
Select the image to launch the Part Details tab to record the details of the Parts supported from the Pool.
Select the image to launch the Exclusion details tab to record the exclusion details, if specific parts are with few customers.
Select the image to launch the Warehouse Mapping tab to map the warehouses to the Pool ID.
