This tab enables the user to define the exclusions of the Pool ID for the specific parts that are only with few customers.

The system displays the following field in the multiline:

Error

The icon identifying the status of the particular row.

Part #

The number identifying the Part # excluded from the Pool ID.

The system displays the following:

Part Description

The description of the Part #.

Customer #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the Customer # excluded from the Pool ID. The system lists all the recorded Customers in the “Beneficiaries” tab along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

The system displays the following field:

Customer Name

The name of the Customer.

Customer Contract #

The contract number of the customer that is excluded from the Pool ID.

Part Effectivity Line #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part effectivity line # of the customer contract. The system lists all the part effectivity Line # that are defined for the Customer in the “Manage Sale Contract” activity of the “Sale Contract” business component.

Any description pertaining to the Part # exclusion.

User Defined Exclusion Details – 1

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user defined exclusion details for the Part #. The system lists all ‘active’ quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type ‘User Defined Exclusion Details – 1’ in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Storage Administration” business component.

User Defined Exclusion Details – 2

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user defined exclusion details for the Part #. The system lists all ‘active’ quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type ‘User Defined Exclusion Details – 2’ in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Storage Administration” business component.

User Defined Exclusion Details – 3

Any additional information pertaining to the Part exclusion.

Any additional information pertaining to the Part exclusion.

The system displays the following field:

Error Message

The error message of the particular row.

The system updates the status of the Pool ID to ‘Fresh’ if Beneficiaries, Part Details, Station Coverage and Warehouse Mapping tabs are saved successfully.
