Select the “View Aircraft Record” link at the bottom of the “Select Aircraft” page.
The “View Aircraft Record” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Aircraft Identifiers” group box:
Aircraft Reg # |
The registration number of the selected aircraft. |
Status |
The status of the aircraft which can be "Active", "Inactive", “Under Creation” or "Frozen". |
Previous Aircraft Reg # |
The previous registration number of the aircraft, as available in the “View Aircraft Ownership History” page. |
Manufacturer Serial # |
The MSN or the manufacturer’s serial number given to the aircraft by the manufacturer at the time of production. |
Variable Tab # |
The tab number of the aircraft. Variable tab number is one of the identifiers of the aircraft. |
Nose # |
The nose number of the aircraft is an aircraft identifier, which is primarily used by the marketing department of an airline. |
Aircraft Model # |
The model to which the selected aircraft belongs. |
Manufacturer # |
The number identifying the manufacturer of the aircraft. |
Date Of Manufacture |
The date on which the aircraft is manufactured. The date must be in the format specified in the “Date Format” field. |
Inventory Part # |
The inventory part number of the aircraft. Inventory Part number is the manufacturers’, suppliers’ or the industry standard identifier for the aircraft. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Supplementary Identifier Details” group box:
Customer Effectivity # |
The customer effectivity number is another identifier for an aircraft. It is usually used in the aircraft manuals like IPC, AMM, FIM etc. |
Engine Set # |
The engine set number of the aircraft. |
The system displays the following details in the “Aircraft Ownership Details” group box:
Reg. Cert # |
The number on the registration certificate of the selected aircraft. |
Issue Date |
The date on which the registration certificate was issued. |
Regulatory Authority |
The regulatory authority who has issued the certificate. |
Aircraft Ownership |
The ownership type of the aircraft, which can be “Owned”, “Leased”, “Leased Out” or "Customer". |
Lease Type |
The type of aircraft lease, if the aircraft is “Leased” or “Leased out”. The type of lease could be “Wet” or “Dry”. The system leaves the field blank if the aircraft is “Owned”. |
Owning Agency # |
The code identifying the agency who owns the aircraft |
Owning Agency Name |
The name of the owning agency |
Engagement Type |
The type of service provided to the aircraft which could be one of the following:

Maint. Operator# |
The maintenance operator for the aircraft. |
Power by Hour? |
Indicates whether the selected aircraft is under the PBH coverage. The system displays “Yes”, if the selected aircraft is covered under PBH and if the PBH contract is valid as on the current system date; else the system displays “No”. |
Preferred Stock Status |
The preferred stock status for the aircraft. |
Select the “Operational Details” tab to view the operational details of the aircraft.
Select the “Accounting Details” tab to view the accounting details of the aircraft.
Select the “Additional Details” tab to view the additional details of the aircraft.
The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:
Created by |
The name of the user who created the aircraft information. |
Created Date |
The date on which the aircraft was created. |
Last Modified by |
The name of the user who last modified the aircraft information. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the aircraft information was last modified. |
Comments |
Any additional comments or remarks pertaining to the modification of the aircraft. Zoom facility available. |

Select the “View Aircraft Group List” link at the bottom of the page to view the aircraft groups to which the selected aircraft belongs.

If the aircraft was already in use by another airline operator, select the “View Aircraft Ownership History” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the previous airline operators of the aircraft.
Select the “View Aircraft Configuration” link to view the configuration details of the aircraft.
Select the “View Notes” link at the bottom of the page to view the notes entered for the aircraft.
Select the “View Aircraft Mod Status” link to view the mod status details of the aircraft.
Select the “View Reference Details” link to view the reference document details of the aircraft.
Select the “Review Aircraft Configuration History” link at the bottom of the page to review the history details of aircraft configuration.

Viewing aircraft record – An overview
The following details of the aircraft can be viewed in this page:
The status of the aircraft along with the details of the date on which it was created and modified as well as the names of the users who created and modified the aircraft.
The details that uniquely identify the aircraft, such as the registration number, manufacturer serial number, tail number, tab number, model to which the aircraft belongs and the name of the aircraft manufacturer
The configuration details, which denote the structure of the aircraft
The aircraft ownership details such as the registration certificate number, date on which the certificate was issued, the regulatory authority which has issued the certificate, country in which the certificate was issued, the type of ownership which indicates whether the aircraft is owned or has been taken on lease and the type of the lease
The operational details of the aircraft, such as the planning base, maintenance base, planner, date on which the aircraft was inducted into the system, date on which the aircraft was put to operation and the condition of the aircraft
You can define a consumption parameter as lead parameter based on which the future projections or life of the aircraft can be monitered.
The commercial details of the aircraft such as its acquisition value, book value, purchase order number and the date.
Any other user-defined details that are relevant for carrying out the maintenance activities on the aircraft.
