This page enables you to view the maintenance log details for the aircraft or component. Tell me more

The “View Maintenance Log” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Maint. Object Details” group box:

Note: If this page is launched for viewing the maintenance log details of the component, the system retrieves all the component replacement transactions of the main component or its attached component along with the on-wing jobs executed on the component through hangar work orders or A/C Maint. Exe. Ref.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft for which the maintenance log details are to be viewed.

If this page is launched for viewing the maintenance log details of the component, the system displays the registration number of the aircraft to which the component is attached.

Aircraft Model #

The model of the aircraft.

Owning Agency #

The code identifying the agency who owns the aircraft.

Owning Agency Name

The name of the owning agency.

Note: If this page is launched for viewing the maintenance log details of the component, the system displays the component details in the header.

Component #

The number identifying the component for which the maintenance log details are to be viewed.

Part #

The number identifying the part to which the component belongs.

Note

Mfr. Part #/ Mfr. #

The manufacturer part number and manufacturer number of the component.

Note: The manufacturer part # and manufacturer # fields are displayed only if the Enable Manufacturer Part # control in transaction" parameter is set to ”Yes” in the Logistics Common Master' business component, in the Set Inventory Process Parameters activity of the Logistics Common Master component.

Serial #

The serial number of the part.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Condition

The condition of the aircraft or the component.

The system displays the ‘Aircraft / Configuration’ tree structure in the left pane.

On clicking the node in the tree, part-serial details are transferred to the respective fields in the right pane. In both the tree structures above, ‘Mfr. Part #’ and ‘Mfr’. are displayed instead of ‘Part #’, if the Enable Manufacturer Part # control in the transaction" parameter is set to “Yes” in the “Set Inventory Process Parameters” activity of the Logistics Common Master component.

View Maintenance Log – An overview

This page enables you to view the maintenance log details for the aircraft or component using the "Maintenance Log" tab. You can view the various transaction documents pertaining to the aircraft or component in this page. You can enter the search criteria such as date range, document number, document description, reference document number, ATA chapter number, level code and position code. Based on the transaction document selected, the system retrieves the maintenance log details for the aircraft or component. You can also specify whether the tasks are to be retrieved for “Shop Work Order”, AME”, “Engineering Document” or “Repair order” transactions. The system retrieves the maintenance log details such as document number, document type, revision number, status, processed date, position code, part number, serial number, task number, task reference document number and reference document type in the multiline.

In "Review Additional Info" tab, you can view the additional details like parameter details, parent component details, condition change details, compliance details, etc. You can also view the current location details of the component, and order execution details.
