In this page you can view the Certificate of Maintenance (COM) that was issued for the aircraft. Tell me more.

The system displays the following fields:

Date Format        

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following:

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft for which you wish to view the certificate of maintenance details.

Manufacturer Serial #

The MSN or the manufacturer’s serial number given to the aircraft by the manufacturer at the time of production.

Variable Tab #

The tab number of the aircraft.

Nose #

The nose number of the aircraft, which is primarily used by the marketing department.

Customer Effectivity

The customer effectivity number of the aircraft.

Engine Set #

The engine set number of the aircraft.

Aircraft Model #

The aircraft model to which the aircraft belongs.

Manufacturer #

The manufacturer of the aircraft.

The system displays the following field in the “Certificate of Maintenance Details” multiline:

CoM #

The number identifying the Certificate of Maintenance (COM) issued for the aircraft.

Issue Date

The date on which the COM was issued for the aircraft.

Issuer Name

The name of the person who issued the COM.

Org. Unit #

The organization unit where the COM was issued.

Remarks

View Aircraft Record - A summary of the activity

COM is a document, which is issued to certify the maintenance work, such as overhaul, repair, modification or replacement, executed on an aircraft.

The system displays all the COM numbers that was issued for the aircraft. Also, the details such as the date on which the COM  was issued, the name of the person who issued the COM , the organization unit in which the COM  has been issued, and any remarks pertaining to the issue of the certificate, are also displayed.
