Basics of using a Ramco iEnterprise Series 4.0 Web Page

Using Online Help

The “Main Info.” tab page appears by default, on launch of the “View Heli Charter Contract” page. This section enables you to view the main contract information including customer-specific details.

The system displays the following fields in the "Contract Info." section:

Contract Type

The type of contract whether Customer Specific or General.

Contract Category

The category to which the contract belongs.

Status

 

Status of the  contract, which could be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Approved”, “Returned”, “Revised”, “Cancelled” or “Closed”.

Contract Date

 

The date on which the contract was entered. Mandatory. Ensure that the date entered in this field must be earlier than or equal to the current date.

Commencement Date

The date from which the terms of the contract are valid.

Completion Date

The date of completion as per the contract.

Effective From

The starting date from which the revised contract is effective.

Effective To

The ending date until which the revised contract is effective.

Revision Comments

Any remarks regarding the contract number and the revision number combination.

Charter Type

The type of lease.

User Status

 The user status of the contract

Cust. Service Rep.

The code identifying a representative to be contacted in terms of queries relating to the contract

Rev. Assign Unit

The finance book to which revenue is to be assigned

Cost Center

 

The code identifying the cost center that has been mapped to the company code + event + expense or consumption account combination.

Analysis / Subanalysis

 

The analysis / sub analysis code to which the account is mapped in the "Assign Analysis Code" activity of the "Account Based Budgeting" business component.

Billing Currency

The currency of the contract

Charter Category

The category to which the flight charter lease belongs. Eg. Dry lease (Lease is only for the aircraft), Wet Lease (Lease is for the aircraft along with the fuel)

Contract Scope

Any further information about the contract. Mandatory.

Terms of Extension

Any comments pertaining to the contract extension.

Return Remarks

Any comments provided while returning the contract before approval.

The system displays the following fields in the "Customer Info." section:

Customer #

The number identifying the customer with whom the contract is entered into.

Customer Name

A unique name identifying the customer.

Customer Call Sign #

A unique reference number by which a customer is tracked.

Contact Person

The contact person of the customer with whom the contract is entered into.

Email

The e-mail ID of the contact person.

Phone #

The phone number of the contact person.

Cust. Contract # / Rev. #

The contract number for the customer with whom the contract is entered into.

Cust. Contract Rev. Date

The revised customer contract date.

Revision Notes

A brief note describing the reason for revision of the  contract.

The system displays the following fields in the “Revision Details” group box:

Revision Effective From

The starting date from which the revised contract is effective.

Revision Comments

A textual description of the revision made to the contract.
