Viewing aircraft crew information

This section enables you to view information pertaining to the crew associated with the charter flight, For example - type of crew, aircraft assigned to the crew, units and so on.

Select the “Aircraft Crew Info.” tab page in the “Manage Flight Contract” activity of the “Flight Contract” business component.

The system displays the following fields:

Rate Defn. at

The level at which you wish to view the aircraft details which could be Contract level or Aircraft level

The system displays the following fields in the "Aircraft Crew Info." multiline::

Line #	A unique effective code for each of the aircraft level combination.
Aircraft Model #	The number identifying the model of the aircraft.
Aircraft Reg. #	The registration number of the aircraft.

Crew Type	The classification to which the crew belong.
Nos.	Indicates the number of resources associated with the crew type.
Crew Assign. Type	The mode of employment assigned to the crew type. Example: Full Time, Part Time, Scheduled Basis.

Crew Specs.	Any additional remarks pertaining to the crew. For Example: The Qualifications of a particular Crew member
Charge Basis	The basis on which charge is levied.
Currency	The code identifying the currency in which the invoice has been created..
Unit	The basis on which rate is charged for the crew as specified in the flight contract. .
Rate Per No. / Unit	The rate specified per unit.
Rate Defn. for A/c	The basis on which the rate for the crew is applicable to an aircraft.
Pricing Notes	Textual description of pricing combination for your reference.
Effective from	The date from which the associated personal type is valid for the contract.
Effective to	The date until which the associated crew type and the rate is valid for the contract.

To proceed, carryout the following:

Select the “Main Info.” tab page to view contract details.
Select the “Aircraft Details” tab page to view aircraft details.
