Viewing aircraft details

This section enables you to view the aircrafts that are to be provided as per the Flight Contract along with other details at either model level (Aircraft Model #) or registration level (Aircraft Reg. #).

Select the “Aircraft Details” tab page in the “View Heli Charter Contracts” activity of the “Flight Contract” business component.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Line #	A unique effective code for each of the aircraft level combination.
Aircraft Model #	The number identifying the model of the aircraft.
Aircraft Reg. #	The registration of the aircraft.
Nos.	Indicates the number of aircrafts assigned to this contract.
A/c Assign. Type	Indicates whether the assigned aircraft for the charter is exclusive for the customer or is on a shared basis
Effective from	The starting date in the range of dates from which the assigned charter flight is effective.
Effective to	The ending date in the range of dates up to which the assigned charter flight is effective.
Coverage Notes	Any additional information pertaining to the aircraft.
Primary Field Base	Indicates the location that is the center for the operations of the chartered flight.
Field Base Desc.	The textual description pertaining to the Primary Field Base.
Subst. Allowed?	Indicates whether substitute or alternate aircraft is allowed in the contract.
Primary Subst. Model #	The code identifying the model # of the aircraft which will be the substitute or alternate aircraft for the given contract

To proceed, carryout the following:

Select the “Main Info.” tab page to view contract details.
Select the “Aircraft Crew Info.” tab page to view details of aircraft crew.
