Maintaining Employee Referrals: Through this activity, an employee can search for the current openings in the organization and refer any qualified person known to him/her for the selected vacancy.

To search for current openings, you can specify search parameters for the following details.

• The title of the job applicable to the specified position.

• Dates to indicate the probable period within which the last date for posting the resume falls.

The system fetches the vacancies satisfying the specified search criteria. You can post the resume of the person known to you against the selected vacancy.
