Project Resource Allocation – An Overview

This activity enables the allocation / reallocation of jobs to employees in addition to the primary responsibility already assigned using the Employment Information business component.

The jobs allotted to an employee using this activity form secondary assignments.

Employment information of employees is obtained from the Employment Information business component.

The information generated by this component aids in project management.

Map Reporting Relationship

Subsequent to Project Resource Allocation, Map Reporting Relationship must be completed. In this activity, you define supervisory details for the entire span of a secondary assignment.
