This page allows you to check the availability of the part and its alternate part in the requesting stock status and in other stock statuses.

The “Check Part Availability” page appears.

Part #/ Stock Status

The number identifying the part available  in the warehouse. Mandatory. When you click the “Get Details” pushbutton, the system ensures that the entered part number is valid as defined in the “Part Administration” business component.

Help facility available.

Use the drop-down list box to select the user defined status of the stock. Mandatory. The system lists all the “Active” stock statuses defined in the “User Defined Stock Status” business component.

The system leaves the field blank by default.

Warehouse #

Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the warehouse . The system lists all the “Active” warehouses defined in the “Storage Administration” business component.

The system leaves the field blank by default.
