Viewing allocated quantity on part

This page allows you to view the details of the allocated quantity out of the available stock balance. Tell me more

Select the “View Allocated Quantity” link in the “Inquire Stock Balance” page.

The “Inquire Allocation Information" page appears.

Enter the following In the “Search Criteria” group box:

Part #	The number identifying the part available in the warehouse.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse.
Warehouse Description	A textual description of the warehouse.
Ref. Document Type	The type of the reference document.
Ref. Document #	A unique number identifying the reference document based on which the inter warehouse stock transfer is created (Alphanumeric, 40).
Display Option With Serial/Lot Nos	Check this box to display the part information along with their serial numbers and lot numbers.

Click on the “Get Details” push-button to retrieve the details regarding the allocated quantity on parts.

Note: The system retrieves all the reference documents in the multiline, whose issue types are one of the following: General Issue, Maintenance issue, Exchange Issue, PBH-Exchange Issue, Rental Order Issue, Repair Order Issue, Loan Order Issue, Unplanned Issue, Pack Slip Issue & Stock Transfer Issue.

The system displays the following in the “Stock Information” group box.

Origin	The location from where the reference document originated.
Ref. Document Type	The type of the reference document.
Ref. Document #	A unique number identifying the reference document based on which the inter warehouse stock transfer is created (Alphanumeric, 40).

Click the hyperlinked “Reference Document #” to view the reference document details.

Part #	The number identifying the part available in the warehouse
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Stock Status	The user defined status of the stock.
UOM	The unit of measurement in which the part is stored in the warehouse.
Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse.
Allocated Quantity	The quantity of part allocated out of the total stock available in the particular stock status.
WH - Zone #	The number identifying the zone in which the part is stored in the warehouse.
Bin #	The number identifying the bin in which the part is stored in the zone.
Serial #	The number identifying the serial number of the part.
Lot #	The number identifying the lot to which the part belongs.

Viewing allocated quantity on part - An Overview

This page allows you to view the details of the allocate quantity of a selected part. While looking into the stock balance in a warehouse, you can select a part and view the details of the allocated quantity in the total quantity available in the warehouse.

This page allows you to view the details on the quantity allocated on the available quantity in the warehouse. The page gives you the information of the part number selected in the previous page. You can choose to view the allocation information of the part along with the serial number and lot number.

The system displays the reference document type, reference document number, origin, part number, part description, stock status, UOM, allocated quantity, WH – Zone number, Bin number, serial number and lot number of the part selected.
