Stock availability tab in check part availability

Select the “Stock Availability” tab to view the details of stock availability .
The “Stock Availability” tab page appears.
Note: This tab page appears by default
The system displays the following in the “Stock Availability” multiline:

Part # |
The number identifying the part available in the each warehouse |
|
Stock Status |
The user defined status of the stock. |
|
Warehouse # |
The number identifying the warehouse. |
|
Stock UOM |
The unit of measurement in which the part is stored in the warehouse. |
|
Requested Quantity |
The total quantity of part requested from the warehouse. |
|
Available Quantity |
The total quantity of part available in the warehouse. |
|
Allocated Quantity |
The quantity of part allocated, out of the total stock available, which is in the particular stock status. |
|
Engineering Notes |
The notes pertaining to the part for note type “Engineering”. |

Part Description |
The textual description of the part. |
