Inquire Warehouse Stock Balance – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the stock balance details of a selected warehouse. Before executing transactions such as work orders, issues and receipts, you may wish to view the availability of a part in the different warehouses in the login organization unit, for supply of the required parts.

This page allows you to select a warehouse for viewing its inventory details. You can also search based on the number of the part, the type and category of the part, lot and serial number of the part, the lot number and serial number issued by the manufacturer and the condition of the part. The system retrieves the details of the part along with the  zone and bin details of the part. In case of non-availability of part, the “View Availability of Alternate Parts” page can be used to view the parts that can be substituted in place of the primary part. The “View Part Quantity as Kit constituent” page allows you to view the quantity of the part that is available as part of kits.
