This page allows you to view the quantity of a part available as a part of kits .

The “View Part Quantity As Kit Constituent” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Warehouse Information” group box:

Warehouse #

The number identifying the warehouse for which you wish to view the part quantity in the kit

Description

The description of the warehouse.

The system displays the following in the “Primary Part Information” group box:

Part #

The number identifying the part for which you wish to view the kit composition details.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Part Category

The category to which the part belongs.

Part Type

The part type, which could be “Raw Material", "Component", "Expendable", "Tool", "Consumable" or "Kit".

The system displays the following in the “Kit Information” multiline:

Kit Part #

The number identifying the kit part.

Kit Part Description

The textual description of the part available in the kit.

Kit Quantity

The quantity of kits available in the warehouse for the part.

UOM

The unit of measurement in which the kit is stocked.

Inquired Part Quantity

This is the total part quantity available as a part of Kits.

 

Part Quantity is determined by multiplying  “Kit Quantity “ * “Quantity”

Stock Status

The stock status of the part.

WH-Zone #

The number identifying the zone in which the part is stored in the warehouse.

Bin #

The number identifying the bin in which the part is stored in the zone.

Kit Serial #

The serial number generated for the part in the kit, after the receipt of the part in the kit, if the part is serial number controlled.

Manufacturer Serial #

The serial number of the part issued by the manufacturer.

Lot #

The lot number of the part generated after receipt of the part, if the part is lot number controlled.

Manufacturer Lot #

The lot number of the part issued by the manufacturer.

Planning Type

The method in which the requirement of the part is planned, which could be “Reorder Level” or “Min-Max” or “Disposition” or “None”.

Condition

The condition of the part.
