The “Setup Reliability Fleet” page appears.
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to find the reliability fleet, the details of which you want to modify / update.
Reliability Fleet # |
The identification number of the reliability fleet (Alphanumeric, 20). |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the reliability fleet. The list displays the following values: Active and Inactive. The system displays the reliability fleets with the status you specify here, in the multiline. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The identification number of the reliability aircraft (Alphanumeric, 20). The system displays the record of the aircraft you specify here, in the multiline. |
Reliability Rep. Group |
Use the drop-down list box to select the reliability report group to which the reliability fleet is attached. The list displays the quick codes defined under the quick code type Reliability Rep. Group in the activity. The system displays the reliability fleets associated with the reliability report group you specify here. |
Model |
The model of the aircraft comprising the fleet (Alphanumeric, 20). |
Owning Agency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the owning agency of the aircraft The list displays the following values: Customer, Owned, Leased and, Leased Out. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
Enter the following information, if you are creating a new reliability fleet.
Reliability Fleet # |
The identification number of the reliability fleet Mandatory(Alphanumeric, 20). |
Enter the following for a new reliability fleet or to update an existing reliability fleet.
Fleet Description |
The name / short description of the reliability fleet (Alphanumeric, 150). |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to set the status of the reliability fleet Mandatory. The system displays the following values: “Active” and “Inactive”. |
Reliability Rep. Group |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the reliability report group. The list displays the quick codes with Active status defined under the quick code type Reliability Rep. Group in the Maintain Quick Codes activity. This field is mandatory, if the Mandatory attribute of the Reliability Rep. Group quick code type is set as “Yes” in the Maintain Quick Codes activity. Hence, by default, this field displays the reliability reporting group for which the Default ? attribute is set as “Yes”. |
Analysis From |
The start-date for generating reliability reports that are configured for the reliability fleet (Date Format). |
The “Search Results” multiline displays the following, for an existing reliability fleet.
Aircraft Count |
The number of aircraft mapped to the reliability fleet. |
Model Applicability |
The model of the aircraft comprising the fleet. However, this field displays Multiple, if the reliability fleet comprises aircraft of more than one model, Aircraft. |
Enter the following.
Reportable Delay (In Minutes) |
The minimum limit of delay, in minutes (Number, 19). The system considers a delay for reliability reporting only if its duration is greater than the delay limit specified here. |
Delay Limit (In Minutes) |
The maximum limit of delay, in minutes (Number, 19). The system converts a delay into a cancellation for reliability reporting, if its duration is greater than the delay limit specified here. |
Note: A delay with a duration greater than the Reportable Delay value and less than or equal to the Delay Limit value is considered as delay for reliability reporting purposes.
Enter the following.
Target Dispatch Reliability (%) |
The intended dispatch reliability for the reliability fleet (Number, 19). You must specify a positive number in this field. |
The system displays the following.
Alert/Watch Level Status |
The number of Alert/Watch limits defined for the reliability fleet. |
Enter the following.
Remarks |
Any comments or supplementary information on the reliability fleet (Alphanumeric, 2000). |
Planner Code |
The employee code of the planner for the fleet (Alphanumeric, 20). The employee you specify as a planner must be defined in the HRMSEMPIN component. Help facility available |

Created By |
The employee code of the person who created the reliability fleet record. |
Created Date |
The date on which the employee created the reliability fleet record. |
Last Modified By |
The employee code of the person who most recently modified the information. |

The date on which the employee most recently modified the information. |
Click the “Update Reliability Fleet Details” pushbutton.

Click the “Associate Aircraft to Fleet” link, to map aircraft to the reliability fleet.
Click the “Configure Report List” link, to define reports for the reliability fleet.
Click the “Set ATA Reporting Levels” link, to define the ATA level for the reliability fleet.
Click the “Set Alert Levels” link, to set the alert and watch limit s for the reliability fleet.
