Setup Reliability Fleet – A summary of the activity

Through this activity, you can create and maintain fleets comprising aircraft  called reliability fleets. This facilitates generation of reliability reports through the Generate Reliability Report activity.

These fleets can be classified under reliability report groups and form the primarily basis for reliability reporting.

Prior to setting up a reliability fleet, it is essential that you specify all the attributes of the Set Options activity.

What you can do in this activity

Create and update reliability fleet

4 Create a reliability fleet and record the following attributes including identification number, description, status, reliability report group, start date for reliability analysis, reportable delay, delay limit and, target dispatch reliability.

4 Update or change attributes of the reliability fleet.

Map aircraft to reliability fleet

4 Associate to the reliability fleet and specify the start and end dates of the period during which the aircraft will be associated within the fleet.

Define reports for a reliability fleet

4 Specify the reliability reports that must be generated  for the reliability fleet as well as the order ofcompilation of the reports in the report book.

Set ATA reporting levels

4 Create a hierarchy ATAs, System ATAs and Major System ATA for the reliability fleet for consolidation of information for reporting purposes.

4Include or exclude the ATAs from the purview of reliability reporting.

Set Alert levels

4 Set the Alert, Industry Average and Watch limits for System / Major System ATAs for the reliability fleet.
