Select the “Configure Report List for Fleet” link at the bottom of the “Setup Reliability Fleet” page.
The “Configure Report List for Fleet” page appears.

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following in the “Fleet Details” group box.

Reliability Fleet # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the reliability fleet for which you want to define reports. The list displays all the existing reliability fleets irrespective of their status. This implies both Active and Inactive reliability fleets are available for selection. |
Select the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system displays the following information for the specified reliability fleet.

Fleet Description |
The name/short description of the fleet for which you want to define reports.(its configuring reports) |
|
Reliability Rep. Group |
The reliability report group to which the reliability fleet belongs. This field displays blank, if no reliability report group has been specified for the fleet previously. |

Planner Code |
The identification number of the employee, who is the planner for the reliability fleet. |
The system displays the following in the “Reports List” multiline.

Report Title |
The name of the report. The system displays all the reports offered by the system in the multiline. |
|
Report Template Name |
The template / model on which the report is based. |
Enter the following.

Applicable ? |
Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the report must be generated for the fleet. By default, this field displays “No”. |

Listing Order |
The order in which the monthly / quarterly report must appear in the report book (Integer, 3). Listing order for monthly and quarterly reports can be sequenced separately. You must enter a positive integer in this field. It is recommended that the order of priority be 1, 2, 3, 4, ………… For example, a report with the listing order set to “1” will appear at the beginning of the report book. Note: All monthly reports will have Prefix - "Monthly", and all Quarterly reports will have Prefix - "Quarterly". |
Note: If reports have been previously defined for the reliability fleet, the reports are listed in the multiline in the ascending order of the listing.

Remarks |
Comments or supplementary information on reports relevant to the fleet (Alphanumeric, 255). |
Select the “Configure Report List” pushbutton.
The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box.

Last Modified By |
The employee code of the person who most recently modified the information. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the information was most recently modified. |
In this page, you can specify the reports applicable for a reliability fleet.
This page lists all the reports offered by the system from among which you can select the required reports for the reliability fleet.
You can also define the following,
The template on which the report is based
The order in which the reports must be compiled in the report book
