Select the “Set ATA Alert Levels” link at the bottom of the “Setup Reliability Fleet” page.
The “Set Alert Level for Fleet” page appears.
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following in the “Fleet Details” group box:
Reliability Fleet # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the reliability fleet for which you want to define Alert levels. The list displays all the existing reliability fleets irrespective of their status. This implies both Active and Inactive reliability fleets are available for selection. |
Effective From |
The start-date of the period for which the alert levels are valid (Date Format). |
Alert Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the alert type. The system displays the following values: PIREP, MIREP, PIREP/MIREP, Delay, Cancellation, Delay/Cancellation, Substitution, Delay/Cancellation/Substitution, NFF, IFSD, Unscheduled Removals, Dispatch Reliability, Daily Utilization FH and Daily Utilization BH. |
Select the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system displays the following information for the specified reliability fleet.
Effective To |
The end-date of the period for which the alert levels are valid. This field is blank, if no Effective To date was set previously, which indicates that the current period for reliability analysis is still open. |
Alert Data Set |
The number of analysis periods for which Alert limits have been defined including the current/ongoing analysis period, since the Initial Start Date for Reliability Analysis specified in the Set Options activity. |
Count of Alerts |
The number of records with Alert Value, Industry Average and/or Watch Value attributes specified (Integer, 6). |
The system displays the following information for the specified reliability fleet in the “Alert Levels” multiline.
Alert Type |
The Alert Type of the reliability fleet. |
ATA Analysis Type |
The ATA Analysis Type of the reliability fleet. |
System / Major System ATA # |
The System / Major System ATA of the reliability fleet. |
System / Major System ATA Description |
The name / short description of the System / Major System ATA. |
Enter the following:
Alert Value |
The alert value set for the alert type at the organization level. (Numeric, 19). |
Industry Average |
The average alert value set at the industry level. (Numeric). |
Watch Value |
The watch value for the alert type, (Numeric, 19). You must not specify a watch value for alert types “NFF” and “IFSD”. |
Select the “Set Alert Levels” pushbutton.
The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box.
Last Modified By |
The employee code of the person who most recently modified the information. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the information was most recently modified. |
