Select "Set User Permissions for a Plan" from the left pane.
The "Set User Permissions for Benefit Plans" page appears.
The system displays the following field at the bottom of the page.

From the “Benefit Security Def. Unit” drop-down list box, select the organization unit for which you want to set permissions for a program. The drop-down list box displays list of all the programs for which you have permissions to set the user permissions. Tell me more
All the programs mapped with the program definition unit are listed in the “Program“ drop-down list box.
Select the desired program from the drop down list box to which the plan is mapped and whose user permissions are to be mapped.
All the plans mapped to the selected program get listed in the “Plan“ drop-down list box.
Select the desired plan from the drop-down list box. If there is only one value, this value is displayed.
If user permissions are being set for the selected plan for the first time, the multiline will be blank. Otherwise, the following fields are displayed in the multiline. You can enter or edit any or all the following fields.

User Name |
The user name. You can also select it from the Help for “User Name.” |

Role |
The role of the user. You can also select from the Help provided for “User Name”. |

From Date |
The date from which the user has permissions to access the selected plan |

To Date |
The date until which the user has permissions to access the component. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the data entered.
Select the user whose permissions are to be deleted by clicking it in the “Select” column corresponding to the record.
Select the Delete icon in the toolbar above the multiline.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.

Select the "Set User-Role Based Plan Permissions" link at the bottom of the page to set user role based plan permission.
