Set User Permissions - Plan

This activity enables you to set user permissions for a specified plan.  Multiple Users can be given permissions for the plan and the date from which each permission is valid must be specified as well. In order to set user permissions the following have to be specified,

Setting User Permissions - Program

This activity enables you to set permissions for a specified program. Multiple users can also be given permission for the program, the date from which the each permission is valid must be specified as well.

Viewing User Permissions - Plan

This activity enables you to view user permissions for a plan in two ways,

The prerequisite for viewing user permission for a plan is that, permissions for users must have been defined in the “Set User Permissions-Plan” activity. If a plan is selected the system displays the list of users who have been given permissions to access the selected plan. In the case of a user being selected the system displays the details of the user’s permission to access the various plans. The details consist of the description of each plan for which he/she is given access, and the period for which the user’s permission is effective.

Viewing User Permissions - Program

This activity enables you to view user permissions for a program in two ways,

The prerequisite for viewing user permission for a program is that, permissions for users must have been defined in the “Set User Permission – Program” activity. If a program is selected the system displays the list of users who have been given permission to access the selected program. The details that are displayed include the role of each user and the period for which the user’s permission is effective. In the event of a user being selected the system displays the details of the user’s permission to access the various programs. The details consist of the description of each program for which he/she is given access, the user’s role and the period for which the user’s permission is effective.
