Through this activity, you can create eligibility profile of the participants for enrolling in various program(s)/ plan type(s) /plan(s).
All plans lay down specific criteria for enrollment. These criteria constitute an eligibility profile. Through this activity you specify the eligibility profile required for enrolling in a plan. As you map the eligibility profile to a program/ plan type / plan, you indicate that the participant can enroll in the plan only if he/she satisfies the eligibility profile mapped to the plan.
Creating an Eligibility Profile involves specifying
A unique code and description of the eligibility profile.
The various attributes of the employee, like the age, date of birth, period of service, nature of employment, etc.
Specify other eligibility criteria like the standard working hours, actual hours per week, compensation, etc.
The applicability to various organization units.
