Enter or select the following:
Std. Hours per Week |
The total number of hours of work an employee should put in per week. The drop-down list box displays "Less than", "Greater Than”, and “Equal to". By default the drop-down list box will display with " [N.A.] ". To indicate the standard hours per week should be greater than, less than or equal to certain number of hours, select the required option from the drop-down list box and enter the number in the field beside. For example, to indicate the standard hours as greater than 25, you must select “Greater Than” option from the drop-down list box, and enter 25 in the field beside. |
Actual Hours per Week |
The actual number of hours of work an employee has put in per week. The drop-down list box displays "Less than", "Greater Than”, and “Equal to". By default the drop-down list box will display with " [N.A.] ". To indicate the actual hours per week should be greater than, less than or equal to actual number of hours, select the required option from the drop-down list box and enter the number in the field beside. For example, to indicate the actual hours worked for a week is greater than 50, you must select “Greater Than” option from the drop-down list box, and enter 50 in the field beside. |
Compensation |
The drop-down list box displays "Less than", "Greater Than”, and “Equal to". By default the drop-down list box will display with " [N.A.] ". To indicate the compensation should be greater than, less than or equal to a certain age, select the required option from the drop-down list box, select the currency in which compensation is paid from the second dropdown list box and enter the amount in the field beside. From the fourth drop-down list box select the frequency in which the compensations are paid. The drop-down list box displays " Hourly", " Daily"," Weekly", "Biweekly", " Semimonthly", "Monthly"," Quarterly”,” Semi annually" and " Yearly". |
Enter the bargaining agreement codes in the multiline to indicate that the employee should or should not enroll in a certain bargaining agreement for enrolling in a plan:

From the “Option” drop-down list box, select the “Should be” option to indicate employee must be a member of bargaining agreement to enroll in a plan.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
From the “Option” drop-down list box, select the “Employee Should not be a Member” option to indicate employee must not be a member of bargaining agreement to enroll in a plan.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
