Prerequisites

Benefit plan type details must have been defined in the “Create Benefit Plan Type” activity.

What you can do in this activity?

Edit the details of a benefit plan type

You can select a plan type and edit its details.

Select a plan whose details are to be modified in the “Select Benefit Plan Type to Edit” page.
Modify the general details of the plan in the “Edit Benefit Plan Type” page.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the modified details.
Modify the mapping of benefit years to a plan type in the “Map Benefit Year” page.
Modify the mapping of the multiple eligibilities to a plan type in the “Map Multiple Eligibility” page.
Modify the organization unit mapping of a plan type in the “Org. Unit Mapping” page.
Specify the waive reasons in the “Specify Waive and Restriction Reasons” page.
Modify or define the calculation rules in the “Define Calculation Rules” page.

Delete the details of a plan type

You can select a plan type and delete the record from the database.

Select a plan that has to be deleted in the “Select Plan to Edit” page.
Select the “Delete” pushbutton in the “Edit Benefit Plan” page. The record will be deleted from the database.
