The “Specify Waive & Restriction Reasons” page will be displayed.
The system will display the following details from the previous page.

The benefit definitions unit selected in the previous page. |

The date format of the login user. |

Benefit Objects |
The system will display with “Program” value. |

Code |
The program code entered in the previous page. |

Short Description |
The unique short description entered in the previous page. |

Description |
The complete long description specified in the previous page. |
Select the “Waive/ Restriction Reasons” that are to be mapped to the benefit object in the multiline.

Waive Reason |
From the drop-down list box select the waive reason(s) that are to be mapped to the benefit object. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
